Refund and Cancellation Policy


Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on or call us on +919322507455 In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request, after the deduction of 2.5% convenience charges.

EXCHANGE POLICY We only exchange services, where you consider that a you seek a different services, than the one opted by you, subject to the availability and the costs. Share details of the services and we will fully examine the request and notify you via e-mail, within 3 working days. If you are eligible, we will assign you to the alternate service, requested by you.


At 4PA, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full Refunds Possible If:

you not used the services (even partially), due to a force majeure condition, such as Fire, serious medical issue, earth quake, major & complete transport stand-still, full-strike etc..

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

During peak seasons please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to process.
