Terms & Conditions


All prices that are published exclude taxes. Taxes are payable regardless of the Delegate’s country of origin. The published prices do not include any travel, accommodation or living expenses which the delegates may incur in attending unless specifically mentioned on the training booking agreement. All pricing quotations are valid only for 7 days from the date they are first sent to the Customer.


The course fee(s), including Taxes, are payable in full immediately upon confirmation. Customers are responsible for all bank charges in relation to the purchase transaction; this includes charges levied by the customer’s bank and that levied by the bank of 4P Advisory Services, in accepting this specific transaction.

Payments can be made by bank transfers, major credit and debit cards.

Where a Purchase Order is issued must clearly state the purchase order number, course dates, full Invoice amount and contact details for invoicing. When more than one course is booked on the same booking form, full payment for all courses, including Taxes, is required immediately upon confirmation before the commencement of the first course.

Where the relevant invoice has not been paid by course start date then we have the right to refuse the delegate(s) entry to the course. In these circumstances, the invoice in question will remain payable in full. We reserve the right to withhold examination results and certificates until all payments have been made. Administration fee for cancellations are payable immediately upon invoice. The Terms of this agreement override over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Customer.

In addition, if payment has also been received via bank transfer or cheque the delegate is adhering to 4P Advisory Services terms and conditions irrespective if a booking form has been signed. Customers wishing to make payments made from international bank accounts or credit cards must be responsible for all bank charges in relation to the overseas transaction; this includes charges levied by the customer’s bank and that levied by the bank of 4P Advisory Services, in accepting this specific transaction.

Purchase Order/ identification number:

If a purchase order is provided there is no need for any other confirmation (i.e. booking forms to be signed). The purchase order constitutes as a legal offer to buy products or services. The Purchase Order is deemed as a confirmation of an order and is bound by the cancellation & re-scheduling policy set out in this document.


All orders placed through the company’s websites are non-cancellable and non-refundable however the management reserves the right to refund at its sole discretion.

Re-scheduling courses or exams:

Where payment has been made and the participant intends to re schedule his/her batch date, may do so without additional cost if request is made 25 days in advance, re scheduling within 25 days but not lesser than 10 days will be subject to additional charges and may vary from time to time. Re scheduling requests will not be entertained if the request is made 10 days or lesser from the course date.


In the case where a refund is made to the Customer by 4P Advisory Services Ltd, the refund may take up to 30 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made. All deposits are non-refundable, upon payment of your deposit you are contracted to pay the confirmed course fee at the time of booking, and 4P Advisory Services reserve the right to change prices at any time at their discretion. Upon payment of a deposit, the delegate is adhering to 4P Advisory Services terms and conditions. Refunds will be made in Rupees (Rs) for the exact amount originally received, less any cancellation or pre course fees that may be payable. 4P Advisory Services Ltd will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.

Changes to Courses:

4P Advisory Services Ltd reserves the right to change any part of a published course; if this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. 4P Advisory Services Ltd reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known. 4P Advisory Services Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature.  For any courses which are rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as trainer sickness/course low fill every endeavour will be made to provide a replacement trainer or to reschedule the course and we will offer delegates as many options as possible to complete their training programme. However for these unforeseen circumstances refunds will not be granted. Contents of course timetables are intended for general guidance only. Any typographical error or omission in any website, sales literature, administrative documentation, course materials, invoice or other document shall be liable to correction without any liability on the part of 4P Advisory Services Ltd. The Location and course date of the course will be advised upon booking. 4P Advisory Services Ltd reserve the right to change the location and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known. 4P Advisory Services Ltd will not be liable for out of pocket expenses due to cancellation or any other changes to venue or programme.

Course Materials:

If for any reason (including but not limited to transit delays beyond the control of 4P Advisory Services) courseware does not arrive on time for the course we will commit to replacing it at the earliest opportunity and make best endeavours to make temporary materials accessible as required to continue the learning program. Refunds will not be granted for transit related delays beyond the control of 4P Advisory Services.

Non Attendance:

Non-attendance of any course for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice and payment is due in full.

Course Suitability:

The Customer accepts that it is their responsibility that the course booked is suitable for the requirements and abilities of the delegates attending. 4P Advisory Services Ltd’s employees may recommend courses or learning solutions, however, the assessment and the final decision concerning suitability of the course is the Customer’s responsibility. In cases where we have made recommendations, we do so in good faith and will not be wilfully misleading. All public and onsite training courses are delivered only in English and all Delegates must be sufficiently proficient in the English language before attending the course.


4P Advisory Services Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whom it considers in its absolute discretion to be unsuitable for whatsoever reason.

Booking on behalf of the Delegate:

In all cases the customer undertakes to bring these terms and conditions to the attention of delegates. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delegates receive all the relevant information including the joining instructions and that they meet the eligibility and published prerequisite requirements.

Onsite Training on Client Specified Site:

It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide all facilities, equipment and set up required for trainer to deliver the training. 4P Advisory Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the course if, in the Trainer’s opinion, the venue, equipment or conditions are unsuitable.

Trainer Expenses:

Trainer expenses for private, onsite or closed courses will be charged as agreed at the time of the course booking, as stated on the Training Booking Agreement.


All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of 4P Advisory Services Ltd. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, sell, hire, lend or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference. 4P Advisory Services Ltd warrants that it will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without license or consent.

Warranty & Liability:

4P Advisory Services Ltd will not accept liability for death or personal injury. 4P Advisory Services Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss. 4P Advisory Services Ltd will not be responsible for any damage resulting from any computer viruses arising from software installed on customer computer systems.

Multiple Course Booking or Part Attendance of a Course:

A multiple course booking is when more than one course is confirmed that may make up part of a certification e.g. Business Analysis Diploma, ITIL Expert, TOGAF Certification, Six/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt etc. Part attendance of a Course is when a delegate does not continue to the full course completion. In this situation the delegate will not be entitled to any refund for courses or part of course that were not attended, this will be deemed as non-attendance.

Personal Belongings:

Personal belonging or items belonging to the Delegate on the Delegate’s possessions brought onto training courses are the sole responsibility of the Delegate. 4P Advisory Services Ltd accept no responsibility of the items or any loss or damage that may occur during the course.

E-Learning/Online Learning:

Course enrolment, fees and logon credentials are strictly non transferable and non-refundable. Fair Usage Policy applies to access to study materials. 4P Advisory Services Limited reserve the right to restrict access based on operational requirements including bandwidth consumption to ensure fair access to all learners. Access to e-learning/online products is granted for a stipulated period. Extensions can be granted upon request please contact support at 4P Advisory Services Limited to get an extension quotation. Whilst 4P Advisory Services Limited endeavors to ensure that the information on the online platform is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the materials on the site and we make changes to the e-learning/online content from time to time without notice. 4P Advisory Services Limited reserves the right to change or alter course content from that which is published in order to maintain the quality of the learning.

Non Solicitation:

For 12 months following either the invoice date or the date of course delivery, of any contract carried out for the Customer by 4P Advisory Services Ltd or an associate company of 4P Advisory Services Ltd, the Customer, will not directly nor indirectly employ or solicit for employment any employee of 4P Advisory Services Ltd. If the Customer breaches this clause, 4P Advisory Services Ltd shall be entitled to recover from the Customer a fee of 50% of the gross annual salary of the employee of 4P Advisory Services Ltd solicited for employment. 


4P Advisory Services Ltd may assign its interests in all or part of this agreement. The customer may not assign or transfer this contract without the express written permission of a Director of 4P Advisory Services Ltd.


No deviation from these terms and conditions will be allowed without the express written permission of a Director of 4P Advisory Services Ltd. No communication either verbal or printed on our websites will override these Terms and Conditions. If in any case any of these conditions shall be held to be invalid or shall not apply, the contract and the other conditions shall remain in force and effect.

Force Majeure:

4P Advisory Services Ltd shall not be in breach of this contract if the provision of services are delayed or cancelled or reduced through any circumstances beyond it’s reasonable control including acts of God (including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, snow, hurricane or other natural disaster) sickness, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. Delegates must ensure that they can attend the training courses which they are scheduled to attend. 4P Advisory Services Ltd will not be held liable, financially or actually, for their non-attendance, whatsoever the reason may be.

Privacy Policy:

4P Advisory Services Ltd is committed to maintaining your privacy and the use of your personal information. If at any stage you have a question regarding the personal information that we hold on file, please do not hesitate to contact us.

4P Advisory Services Ltd will not disclose personal information to a third party organization unless we have your prior consent to provide this or you have opted to allow the use of your personal information. If the request for your personal information is for a legal purpose, this we would class as an exception, but only after we have 100% fully verified the name or organization requesting your personal details. This also applies to a third party training partner who is not contractually obliged to use or sell your personal information with any other companies or partners.

4P Advisory Services Ltd at no stage will disclose personal credit card account information that is voluntarily provided during a transaction process, may this be by telephone or via our secure web-portal. The exception to this would be if 4P Advisory Services Ltd were to make contact with the credit card company for validation or verification of any transaction process purpose. 4P Advisory Services Ltd does not have total control of how your personal information can be used by credit card companies but we would request they inform 4P Advisory Services Ltd on how they may use this information.

It is our commitment not to collect personal information from customers visiting our web site unless they have voluntarily submitted their personal information via one of our contact forms that requires information which could be based on an enquiry or to book onto a training course. If you start to complete a contact enquiry form and decide not to finish, partial details are stored from which 4P Advisory Services Ltd may use this information to make contact with you, only to discuss your initial enquiry which was started but not finished. From time to time, 4P Advisory Services Ltd may contact you to inform you about a specific training program that is related to your original enquiry, request or training course.

4P Advisory Services Ltd will not take photographs, videos or any audio recordings of you during a course and will not use this material for 4P Advisory Services Ltd’s own marketing purpose without your prior consent. Delegates are not permitted to take any video/photography/audio during the course without prior written consent of 4P Advisory Services and its clients, failure to do so will be considered a direct breach of our terms of business and this matter would be taken very seriously.

Security and Encryption:

We use the highest level of security and encryption methods available for processing payments online. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance. That means your payment details are as secure as they possibly can be when making a purchase with us.
