Assessment and GAP Analysis

At 4P we follow the 6 step methodology to deliver our recommendations after assessing the Capabilities of the organization to achieve goals.

Initiation:
Define inputs & assessment goals, Justify plans, Enable client approval, Setup Assessment Team(s).

Planning:
Finalize specifics (Scope), Prepare & Plan Schedule and enable plan approvals. Redefine as required.

Assessment:
Gather Information, Clarify & Consolidate inputs

Analyze:
Analyze findings, Disseminate findings, and Define action plans

Reporting:
Create draft report, Gather Management feedback, Redo 3rd and 4th stage, if required, Finalize Report

Closure:
Gather Feedback and Close Assessment
